What does my warranty cover?
Our socks are guaranteed to be the most comfortable and durable work socks you can purchase. Our warranty program covers basic wear and tear for up to one time replacement in your lifetime, so long as the form is properly filled out to begin the warranty process. We do not cover dryer disappearances, nor do we cover dog bites, or theft etc.
How do I file for my lifetime warranty?
Through wear and tear, we understand that socks can get holes in them. To file for your lifetime warranty, please contact us at sales@guildworkwear.com to get the warranty process started.
How do I take care of my socks?
We recommend that you machine wash in warm water on gentle cycle with socks inside-out to minimize wear on the sock. Please tumble dry or hang dry, do not under any circumstances dry under high heat.
I think my socks shrunk, What do I do?
Don't worry. If your socks shrunk, typically they will loosen up as you wear them again. We truly recommend that you hang-dry as they only take around an hour to dry in a normal climate. This will avoid shrinking socks until we begin our pre-shrunk production runs!
How do I track my order?
You will be sent a shipping confirmation email/text message containing a tracking link once your order leaves our primary warehouse in Buffalo, USA.
Please note: You will only receive a shipping confirmation notification if you OPTED IN for shipping updates during checkout.
You can also log in to your guildworkwear.com account to check your order status, order history, or other tracking information at any time.
How long does shipping take?
Guild Workwear works with shipping partners USPS and Canada Post, who deliver the packages to your specified address.
For the processing time in our fulfillment center, we require 1 business day. However, once the order has been processed and packaged, the time it takes for that package to reach you is approximately 2-8 business days.
Delivery times can vary for reasons unknown to us (as this is the shipper's responsibility) but what we can tell you is that we pay our shipper for the fastest shipping option we can get in that range. Sometimes the packages will arrive to our customers even quicker than expected, but sometimes they take a few extra business days.
Your USPS or Canada Post tracking number is provided to you upon your order being shipped via SMS or Email if you opted in for it.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Since our inception, Guild Workwear has concerned itself very heavily with the comfort of its customers.
As such, we have optimized our online storefront in order to allow many different forms of payment. This way, whichever payment method you feel the most comfortable using, we've got you covered.
While we of course accept the standard Visa and Mastercard payment methods at our checkout, we also accept American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
How do I view or edit my cart?
Whether you prefer to shop on mobile or on desktop, when shopping with guildworkwear.com, we've made it easy and convenient for our customers to see what's in their carts. Here are the 2 ways to view the items in your cart:
The first is on the sliding cart page on the right-hand side, and the second is by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of your screen.
For the first option, anytime you add a product to cart, your cart should slide in from the right. However, if for some reason it doesn't, then you can use the second option and click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the page at any time to view the items you have selected.
On both of our cart pages, information will be reflected that includes the product, style, color, size, and quantity added.
Of course, you can always continue shopping to add more products to your cart, or click the “checkout” button to proceed to the checkout page. Your cart will update with the cost of your items.
Is guildworkwear.com secure?
Guild Workwear as a company prides itself on taking customers' security very seriously. That is why our website is 100% secure using the same protection technologies as some of the largest online retailers on the planet.
For those who are interested in the technical tools we use to keep our customers and their payment information safe, we use a state-of-the-art encryption system called SSL encryption.
SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and, in short, it's the standard technology for keeping an internet connection secure and safeguarding any sensitive data that is being sent between two systems, preventing criminals from reading and modifying any information transferred, including potential personal details.
Regardless of which payment method you choose, all of our payments run exclusively through either Shopify, Paypal, and/or AfterPay. We chose these two options so that all our customers can rest assured knowing that we never save payment information from previous orders, nor will we ever share your information with third-parties.
Finally, as we run our payment processing through Shopify and Paypal, this means that even Guild Workwear does not have access to your payment information. Shopify and Paypal handle all sensitive information processed through Viasox.com
Can I refund items?
Due to the sensitive nature of our product, it is our policy to only offer a risk-free refund within 30 days of purchasing to ensure you are comfortable with your purchase.
This refund is only applicable to products who abide by our care practices and are returning solely due to unhappiness with the product.
For a resolution to be issued, we will be requiring that you send us a photo of the product you received along with a brief explanation of the issue. The photo(s) should include all original packaging and the shipping packaging, which should clearly show your name.
Unfortunately, if the 30-day period has expired, we may be unable to accommodate your request.
